Transport
Parking
Members, VIPs and Racing Queensland Licensees have access to the main carpark.Public parking is unavailable at the ITC.
Persons with disabilities are able to access the car park at the ITC. Persons with disabilities can also be dropped off near the front gate.
Road Closures
TL Cooney Ave is only accessible by emergency services.
Queensland Rail
Bundamba station has recently been upgraded to make it more accessible for everyone in the community. You can plan your travel by downloading the MyTranslink app, visiting translink.com.au or by calling 13 12 30.Entry
Gates
Open at 10:30am.You do not need to print your ticket for entry.
You can check in from your phone. Check your ticket for your specific Gate entry.

Packaged services open at 11:30am.Your ticket only allows you to access the specific area you have purchased a ticket into and the General Admission area.
Public & members services
Start at 10:30am. Reciprocal membership is unavailable for the Ipswich Cup. NO CASH SALES available at BARS or FOOD OUTLETS. This excludes member's and owner's areas. A selection of beer, wine, RTDs and soft drinks are available. Dress code - click here

Fashions on the Field
The River 94.9FM Fashions on the Fields stage is located at the courtyard just inside the main gates. Please note you require a ticket for the 2025 TAB Ipswich Cup to access the Fashions on the Field event. It is strictly an 18+ event. It is not recommended that you participate in the Fashions on the Field event if you have an Infield ticket due to the time it will take to get to the stage. All other tickets provide access to the stage but it is recommended you make your way here on arrival after checking through your appropriate ticketed area. You must enter through the gate that corresponds with your purchased ticket.
Ipswich Cup Infield Festival
Entry is only available via Gate 9 from 10:30am and operational when races allow. DJ festival will commence at 11:30am. Only those with a Infield Festival ticket or a Private Infield Marquee ticket have access to the DJ festival.
After Party
The After Party DJ will play until 7:00pm in the Forecourt. All tickets provide access to the After Party.
18 Years + Event
The TAB Ipswich Cup is an 18+ Event. Government Issued photo identification will be required at the gate. Accepted types of identification include drivers licence, learners permit, valid passport, adult proof of age card (Keypass ID) and foreign drivers licence (must include photo and date of birth). Final approval will be at the discretion of Security on the day. In the best interest of all parties, we are unable to welcome children or anyone under the age of 18 years of any patron including owners and trainers to the meeting. To avoid disappointment please make arrangements prior to attending.Dress Code
Public areas - Smart casual. Appropriate shoes must be worn at all times. No thongs permitted.
Member’s Lounge – Closed in shoes and collared shirt for men. Neat dress in keeping with contemporary standards for ladies. No midriffs. Dress jeans or dress shorts without rips are acceptable.
The ITC management reserves the right to exercise discretion in respect to dress regulations.
Licensees / Owners
Only Racing Queensland licensees can access the grounds via the horse gate or jockeys may enter through gate 10.
The Owners Precinct will be located on the grass area adjacent to the mounting yard. Trainers and owners can catch up pre and post race in this area and have access to the grandstand to watch the action. This is an over 18 event. Entry via Gate 2.
The ITC endeavours to accommodate all requests, but space restrictions mean the event is restricted to a maximum of 10 owners per horse. You must be listed as an owner in the race book. Syndicators should email their list of 10 names to racing@ipswichturfclub.com.au no later than two days prior to race day.

Tickets
TICKET CHANGES - Ensure you make the correct ticket purchase as we are unable to make changes or cancel. Ticketing customer service email: orders@ticketingsupport.com.au or phone 1300 762 545. Names will not be checked at the gate although it is highly recommended your ticket includes your name as it will assist in solving any potential gate issues.
GATES - Please refer to your ticket for Gate entry. You are unable to enter through an alternative gate. No pass outs available.
RECIPROCAL MEMBERSHIP - Unfortunately we are unable to offer reciprocal membership at feature meetings including the Ipswich Cup.
