Jockey Brooke Ainsworth was all smiles returning to the winner’s box following her win aboard Eightythree Bricks.
It was the gelding’s maiden win for Beaudesert trainer Kenneth Deacon and has clearly returned from a spell in form.
Another highlight was Lime Soda who stormed home to claim the QTIS 3yo for the Edmonds stable.
The filly is a full sister to EF Troop and is two wins from three starts and is setting herself up for a nice summer carnival.
Motomiss (pictured with Andrew Mallyon aboard) had another strong performance for Toowoomba trainer Lindsay Hatch.
Following a win in Toowoomba, the mare went into the Class 4 as favourite and didn’t disappoint for her connections.
She takes her record to five wins from 14 starts.
